Jacqui Barsocchi heads up human resources for the law firm, Moye White. It’s a demanding job, but she says her life outside of work has made it even more stressful. She spends hours every week taking care of her aging parents and her brother, who has special needs.
“It’s been my responsibility to assist with transportation, doctor appointments, finances and tasks in addition to working full time. And, if you can imagine, as HR director the last two years during COVID that’s an added a different layer of time to your work,” she told “The Balancing Act.” “That could be a little overwhelming.”
